AgeWell has QUEST Lab Services on site!
You can have labs your AgeWell provider has ordered done right here at our office. We are offering convenient appointment times five days a week.
The lab will be open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from
8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
On Wednesdays, the lab is open from
10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
We are asking all AgeWell patients to begin using QUEST Lab either at AgeWell or a QUEST service site location near you. If your provider has indicated that you will need labs for a future visit, please call the office to schedule a lab appointment at AgeWell.
PLEASE COMPLETE YOUR LAB ORDER AT LEAST 1-2 WEEKS PRIOR TO YOUR VISIT
