AgeWell has QUEST Lab Services on site!
You can have labs done here at our office, where your AgeWell Medical provider has ordered them. We offer convenient appointment times five days a week.
The lab will be open Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 2:00 PM.
We are asking all AgeWell patients to begin using QUEST Lab either at AgeWell or at a QUEST service site near you. If your provider has indicated that you need labs for a future visit, please call the office to schedule a lab appointment at AgeWell.
PLEASE COMPLETE YOUR LAB ORDER AT LEAST 1-2 WEEKS BEFORE YOUR VISIT
